Notes

Swap grapes with diced apples or dried cranberries for variation. Almonds can be replaced by walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds. Use dairy-free Greek-style yogurt for a dairy-free version. A drizzle of honey or maple syrup adds extra sweetness if desired. Poached, rotisserie, or grilled chicken works great just make sure it's cooled before shredding.
