  1. Spread 1/2 cup Pizza sauce or marinara evenly over the baked cottage cheese crust. Generously top with 3/4 cup low-fat pizza Cheese blend or shredded mozzarella. Arrange 2 ounces of Turkey Pepperoni, or any other chosen toppings, over the cheese.
